Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile image via our authentication provider (Clerk).
Usage data: We track story generation counts, export history, and feature usage to provide the Service and enforce plan limits.
Content: We store the stories, sections, and export files you create within the Service.
Payment information: Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, export ready, payment issues), enforce usage limits, and respond to support requests.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. Export files are stored for 30 days after creation. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and object to certain processing.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Clerk, and encrypted database connections. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe in a PCI-compliant manner.
The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
